Organizator festivala Metaldays je razkril kar 12 novih nastopajočih na festivalu, ki se bo prihodnje leto odvijal med 12. in 27. julijem 2019:
- Phillip H. Anselmo & the Illegals, ki bodo odigrali poseben Pantera set,
- Finski folk veljaki Finntroll,
- Švedski black/death metal bend Necrophobic, ki je letos izdal vrhunski album Mark of the Necrogram,
- Poljsko tehnično death metal zver Decapitated,
- Švedske mračnjake Tribulation,
- Novozelandske junake Alien Weaponry, ki so navdušili na letošnjem festivalu,
- Finski melodični death metalci Kalmah,
- Melodične death/doom metalce October Tide,
- Nemške black metalce The Ruins of Beverast,
- The Vintage Caravan,
- Heart of a Coward,
